Our Mission

To continue the tradition of serving the youth of East Stroudsburg.

"If you keep a kid interested, it builds self-confidence, develops leadership. It makes them a better citizen. They learn to communicate with other people. And they learn discipline, which is the most important."

-ESYA Founder, Frank Nicoletti, August 16, 1981, as printed in the Pocono Record

ESYA Board Meeting: May 9, 2013 at 7:00pm  (Wednesday)

ESYA Board meetings are held at the Frank Nicoletti Clubhouse, located at the entrance of Dansbury Park in East Stroudsburg.  ESYA Board meetings are the first Thursday of each month.  **Please be advise that meetings are subject to change due to low attendance of current Board members or due to winter weather conditions.

The ESYA Board ask that all grievances follow the proper protocol.  Concerns should be addressed with the appropriate Coach first, then with the appropriate Program Director.  Once these steps are followed and a concern has not been resolved with reasonable satisfaction, then we recommend that you email your concern to be added to the monthly Board meeting agenda.  Please email Randy Litts, ESYA President, to be added to the monthly Board meeting agenda.

The ESYA Board meeting is not a platform to complain at.  ESYA Board meetings are a great way to find out what is going on within the ESYA organization! If you are looking to give back to the community, attending an ESYA Board meeting would be beneficial!  ESYA is always welcoming enthusiastic individuals looking to make a difference in the youth of today and our Board meetings are a great place to start with getting involved!

Be apart of the tradition that has been serving the youth of East Stroudsburg, since 1973.
